I understand that this is for 3 months at the facility and a session with someone who does the polar body/age assessment. Does this include a fitness routine set up for your needs and if not what is the cost to have someone set up a fitness routine to follow. I have heard that staff at the facility near me [Saanichton] are not at all helpful once a person is signed up. I would want to be sure I knew how to use machines correctly and had a routine to follow.

Hi Ellen, If any of our clients have questions about how to use our equipment it is our company policy is to make sure we show them how to use it. We have Personal trainers which can help you achieve your goals by developing a personal program based off your results of the Polar BodyAge Assessment. A personal training session is an additional fee however if you are just looking to be shown how to use some of the pieces of equipment then this is no extra charge and we are more than happy to help. The assessment is designed to tell you where your fitness levels are at today and Additional personal training will help you achieve your goals for the future. Hi Nichole, did you redeem your previous Groupon? If you have not yet please feel free to do so up until its expirey date of Dec.5th 2012. If you have previously used your Groupon you can not purchase this one as it is for first time users. Thank so much

I go to VI fitness, and i pay 48 dollars a month... AFTER taxes...why is this couvon saying that it is 89 dollars a month? i think this is very misleading to people.........

Hi Ashley, The cost for a one month membership is $89, if you are only buying a membership for one month. Your rate is lower because as you have decided on an option to continue your fitness over a longer term which lowers your monthly rate.

I see that the group on expires on Jan31/13. Is this referring to activation date? Was looking into purchasing the 3 month trial but was a little unsure of the expire date?

Hi Jenna, Yes this is the activation date so the Groupon must be redeemed before Jan.31st 2013 and will then expire One month, Two months or Three months from activation depending on which option you purchased.
