Vida Studio

Throughout the week at Vida Studio, instructors lead group fitness classes and balanced workouts for all levels of exercisers. With morning, noon, and evening sessions available, the studio helps visitors squeeze healthy habits back into busy schedules. Early sessions of cardio kickboxing, for instance, deliver a roundhouse jolt to sluggish mornings with a combination of boxing and martial arts. Then, in the evening, V-Core classes work midsections into a deep burn, just like hula-hooping a flaming car tire. On days when muscles need a break, several types of yoga melt away tension, including power flow and Vinyasa.
