$15 for $30 Worth of Vietnamese Cuisine for Parties of Two or More

The menu includes such traditional Vietnamese dishes as banh xeo tom, pancakes filled with shrimp and bean sprouts ($8.95); mi chim cut, an egg noodle soup with roasted quail ($8.95); or bun cha bac, grilled pork on a bed of rice vermicelli ($7.95).

Viet Royale

Nestled amid the colorful gates and bustling storefronts of the Vietnamese business district known as Eden Center, Viet Royale dishes out deliciously authentic feasts of Southeast Asian cuisine. The menu—replete with mouthwatering pictures of most dishes to help inform the uninitiated—promises dishes ranging from fresh and fried spring rolls and lettuce wraps to seafood-filled crepes and clay pots brimming with sizzling meats and colorful vegetables. The restaurant also slings helpings of what Vietnamese eateries are most famous for: gargantuan bowls of pho noodle soup that teem with rare flank steak, roast duck, or tenderly cooked seafood; and grill-your-own barbecue, which pairs raw morsels of beef, shrimp, or squid with pickled carrots, daikon radish, and other traditional garnishes to be savored straight from the tableside grill. To complement the food menu, an equally lengthy drink list features imported beers, international wines, and Asian staples such as bubble tea and Vietnamese coffee.

The Groupon Guide to: Making a Goofy Face

If we each spend just 15 minutes a day making a goofy face in public, this big old bowl of soup we call "Earth" won't seem quite as tasteless. Here are some tips on how to goof up your face:

  • To make a goofy smile, simply angle the corners of your lips down instead of up.

  • Stick your open hands behind your head so you look like you're either a moose or a person whose head is growing 10 fleshy nubs.

  • Turn around before making a face. That way the person you're with won't have to watch you try to fold your eyelids in half several times, if that's how you choose to make your goofy face.

  • Puff up your cheeks. You can do this the traditional way—with your breath—or the delicious way—with a pound of meatloaf.

  • For the "inverse," you'll want to shave off your head hair and glue the clippings onto your face. You'll also probably want to start walking backward and draw two eyes, a nose, and a mouth on the hairless portion of your head with lipstick. Have a friend do it too and then your inverse faces can kiss each other. That's wild!

Would the world be a better place if everyone walked around with a mouthful of meatloaf?
