Lynne V.- We have 92 privately owned condos of which 20 are 2 bedrooms. There will be dates that will sell out. We currently have 2 bedrooms available for any date this winter and the Groupon not only runs through this Summer but next ski season as well. The longer you take to decide the higher the chance your preferred night might be full.

Marianne Tyrrell.- Yes, the Groupon includes a 2 bedroom that sleeps 4 all of our condos are privately owned so the bed setup does vary. Some of the 2 bedrooms sleep 6 and a couple even sleep 8! they are all the same price so don’t take too long to decide.

if i buy a pass ($159) and use it for summer package, do the activities offered just give me the rights for round of golf, biking, boating? for the winter package, it includes 2 lift tickets. can you verify how many people for 1-$159 will get the activities in the summer?

How much is the second night, if you’re trying to book a week-end?
This deal is full of pitfalls, and I can guarantee many people will buy without reading the this discussion and be upset. Probably the most un-cool deal Groupon has had.
Does this package include skiing equipment?
Robin O.& Michelle J.- You get 4 passes. Each pass entitles its holder to a nine-hole round of golf, tennis, a two-hour bike rental, a one-hour boat rental, and a scenic ski-lift ride.

Chris D. – The price of 2 adult tickets at the mountain is $134 (67X2) now you can come up and stay the night for only $25!

Ok, so essentially you get the discount rate, but the website says that there is always a 2 night minimum which means you have to pay the full rate for the 2nd night even with the groupon. Then there are the grey months. So essentially, we get one night at a discount and have to pay regular for the 2nd night which I think should be made much clearer before purchasing.
This seems like a GREAT deal. What are the pitfalls Chris D….tell me before I buy!!!!
Christine C.- There is only a 2 night minimum for the Groupon users on the weekend. There are no blackout dates!

I did read the responses about what the Summer package includes, but I’m just getting hung up on the “could” in "Between June and September, your stay could include four “Summer Unlimited” passes…" Just to confirm – the passes are guaranteed as part of the deal? Just an FYI February vacation week and the next 2 weekends are almost full! but do not worry your Groupon doesn’t expire until 3/31/2011 that’s right 2011! so buy without worry. We have plenty of midweek and larger units available. Worst case is lift prices go up and you save even more next ski season!

If I want to take my husband and two children, do I buy one package or four?
For wintertime purposes is there a indoor pool or outdoor heated pool? I see pictures but no descriptions. Great deal by the way!
Shelley H. If you were to buy 1 groupon and two of the side deals it would provide lodging and enough tickets for your family. This is dependent on the ages of your children and the dates of the stay. The tickets on the side deal are adult midweek only. We can sell you discounted lift tickets at check in.
So basically the Groupon is for the room and enough tickets for 2 people, for whichever package is chosen?
Lucinda B.- No matter when you stay, you get access to the White Mountain Athletic Club across the street. During the summer months our outdoor pool is open.
Looking at the website, I cannot find where you define the different price points—Value/Regular/Peak. Where can I find this information?

GOOD NEWS GROUPIES, Since there is no skiing or summer program during the months of Oct, Nov, April & May, you can use your Groupon for a 2 night stay instead!
Lori C.- Everything is Regular season except Oct, Nov, April & May which are Value. Only Major Holidays and February vacation week is peak. Your groupon is valid anytime.
Do the ski passes have to be used the day after the night stayed or can I use them the day of.
For example, if I want to ski on Thursday and also stay Thursday night (but not Wednesday night) can I come by the office to get my lift passes Thursday morning, even though I won’t be checking in to my condo until later that night?
Is Sunday night considered a weekend night?
Derek A.- Your choice, you can pickup your tickets in the am and check in to your room after skiing or you can ski the next morning after you check out.
Of course you can buy a few side deals today and ski both times!

If you stayed mid-week for 2 nights, and wanted the 2 bedroom condo that sleeps up to 8 people, what would be the difference in payment from the groupon price?
Kevin – Can you clarify your earlier comment for the months of April, May, Oct and November? Does it mean that the $159 value groupon can be used for the two nights during that period and we do not have to pay anything additional for the second night?

Village – I want to make sure I understand this before confirming my purchase- based off the groupon, if I have a groupon based reservation I can have four people if my cabin sleeps it with no additional cost, except the second night for weekends and if we want more than two lift tickets? Is that correct?
Can you tell me what time check-in and check-out is? (when you say ski-pass, is that also good for snowboarding?)

Sara A.- Check in is any time after noon, guaranteed by 4pm, check out is at 10AM. By Ski Tickets we mean “Lift” tickets and they do allow snowboarding access.

No reservation without coupon. Required 2 nights stay and use only 1 groupon for 1 night(including 2 ski passes), second night at full price. How soon can I get a coupon???
Paulette M.- You cannot make your reservation until you have your Groupon code. Groupon is sending them and we have been booking them. The sooner you buy the sooner you can book.

Jessica D.- That is correct! during April, May, Oct or Nov you groupon is good for a 2 night stay, there are no summer passes or skiing during those months. Use 2 groupons and book 2 reservations and stay 4 nights!
Can you buy two Groupons and make 2 separate reservations for a Friday and then a Saturday night?
Katie C.- No, One groupon per reservation with a two night minimum stay on the weekend. If you were to make the reservation mid-week this would work because each night would be a separate reservation.

Ok, hypothetical….if you were to book a three night stay which included a Sat, Sun, Mon, could you book it as two reservations (Sat, Sun, and then separate weekday res for Monday)? Inquiring minds want to know…

Alan K. – Sat. would be your groupon night, you would pay full price for Sunday. The a new reservation with a second groupon for Monday. Works for us!

What’s you policy for canceling a reservation? I want to go in May but if it rains, I might need to cancel. Thanks for answering.
Anna d. – If you cancel your reservation within 2 weeks you will forfeit your deposit which in this instance is your Groupon. If you cancel with at least 14 days notice you can still use your groupon at a later date.
So, If I went on a Tuesday could I just stay for one night?
Also if I were to go on a weekend, lets say I use my groupon on Friday night and pay full price on Sat do I only have the lift tickets and access to the other things on Sat day?

Nathan B.- You are correct about Tuesday. If you pay for an extra night you will receive all the amenities except lift tickets for your second night. Check in is anytime after 12 noon and guaranteed by 4pm, check out is at 10 AM.
If you come in the summer on a wednesday with 3 people and golf the same day we arrive and want to golf again on thursday, can we use the 4th pass for one person and then just pay for the 2 extra greens fees?

I purchased the deal almost 2 hrs ago but have not received my Groupon code yet. I will be very upset if I miss out on our preferred date because of a delay in processing my transaction. Can I hold a condo while I am in limbo?
Pooja M.- You can stay 2 nights in April, May, Oct or Nov with one groupon, the Athletic Club, and resort wide shuttle are still included.
John C.- Groupon is processing the codes as they are purchased so the sooner you buy the better. No worries though our groupon is good until the end of March 2011! Worst case lift prices go up and you save even more next ski season.
When are the February vacation dates when it is Peak price for the additional night?
Erica H. – In February peak timeframes are from February 12th until February 21st.
If I wanted to book a Monday which happens to fall on a long weekend, is that OK? or Would I need to book an additional night because of the holiday?

So if I bough the groupon and 4 people total stayed in the condo (me and my boyfriend included in the 4, and we would be redeeming the lift tickets associated with the groupon) would the other 2 people staying with us be conisdered guests and eligible for 2 tickets at the $47 price? I understand check-in is guaranteed at 4 PM. Can I start usig the amenities included in the groupon upon arrival any time after 12 noon (even if I haven’t checked in due to no rooms available) or do I have to be checked in first before using the amenities (bike renral, lifts,etc.)? Thank you!
Anna d. – In the event you arrive early, we will begin the check in process at noon this will allow you to receive the passes and get all of the information necessary to enjoy the valley right away. If the room is unready we will get your cell phone number and call you as soon as the room is available.
If the room is not available at 12.30 PM (for example), will I still get my passes at that time (don’t forget that I’ve pre-paid for my stay, so no worries about running away with the passes) or do I have to wait until you call me and the room is ready to check-in?

Kim L.- you are correct some of the amenities do have additional costs such as golf carts, club rentals, ice skate rentals; however you do have the ability to provide your own or in the case of the golf cart rental there is always the availability to walk the course.
Susan F.- We have a no smoking and no pet policy on all condos in the rental program.

How about my kids, they are 9 and 7 is their an age limit for any of the summer activities offered – golf, tennis, bike, boat and scenic lift?

If we did the summer package, do we get 4 – 1 hour boat rentals and if we are all in the boat together can we do 4 continuous hours on the water without coming back int o re-reserve the boat?
Paula D.- The boats available are 2 & 4 person peddal boats, canoes, and kyaks. Each person (pass) gets one hour on the water. It doesn’t matter if all 4 of you take your own boats or you all take a 4 person boat, you will only get 1 hour on the water.
As long as they have parental supervision the kids can participate in any of the activities.
If I had 2 Groupons and plan to book a trip mid-week and use the groupons for 2 consecutive nights, if I made 2 reservations, would I be forced to check out and check in again?
Kyle M. – Provided we have the same room available for 2 consecutive nights you may remain checked in.

Cheryl, Carey Collins – No, you cannot substitute the tickets or passes for another night unless it falls within our value timeframe, I.E. April, May, October, and November.

Helen G.- The side deal for additional lift tickets has been taken down at this point; however that deal was for midweek adult tickets. If you are looking for tickets for your children we do sell them discounted at our front desk for our guests.
