Participants hand over their desired juice to winemakers for the vinting process. Vintners closely monitor each juice batch on its five-to-six-week journey to fermentation by blending ingredients in fermenters and housing the mixture until it is ready for bottling. Each batch fills 24–26 bottles of wine, which customers can assemble into sculptures of Dionysus’s favourite decanter and decorate with labels.
