I have four rooms and a hallway, but the total square footage would be about 600 sq ft. since they are small rooms. Would that be extra or would that be covered under the deal? Also I am assuming it would be $25 extra as I live in Attleboro.
Also want to know how much they charge to move the furniture. Their regular carpet cleaning (not the groupon deal) includes “light” furniture moving.

I called the 800 # for the company and they happily answered my question- Winchester is part of metro Boston and it is $2.00 additional for @ stair. Hallway is included. Good deal- they use “soap-free” green process! Veronica H.

Area rugs are a separate service. These are taken away and cleaned in our plant. The deal is for wall to wall carpets. Steps are extra $2 per stair

What happened to the other side deal? I just saw it…my PC froze….I restarted and now it has disappeared. (Boat to Star Island side deal). I was going to purchase this…now it is not there.

Furniture moving for this deal is $10-$20 depending on size of peace needed to be moved.
Reason for the $50 charge for high rises is because it requires 2 men to unload and load the unit out of the van. The buildings need handicap access or else we cannot provide the service. Other wise if your residents has a parking spot we can reach with our hoses from the van up to 200 feet as high as the 4th floor.
We have a two unit and the back stairs are the only carpeted area. Is it a better value for us to get the groupon and use it only for the stairs or to ask you to quote us the stairs only? Scanning your site quickly, I didn’t see a stairs rate (beside the mention of the $2 add’l per-stair fee)
Do u consider belmont Metro Boston for thsi deal? And can some furniture remain on the rug if too heavy to move?

Suzanne B Belmont is in the service area. Yes you can leave furniture in place we can clean around it

The stair rate is usually $2 per step unless you have over sized stairs and or wool fibers then it is $3 per step. If you were to do stairs only which is not inclusive with the deal. We also have a minimum service charge depending on where you are located $125-$150 if you do not have the groupon.
What if it’s a room of furniture? Is it $10 to $20 per piece? I have a recliner, sofa loveseat, end tables, coffee table, dining room table and chairs, & other various. Bedroom furniture can stay in place but I would like the entire dining & living room area carpet cleaned. If it’s per piece, that would be terribly expensive.

Thats a lot of pieces if you would like to clean the entire area you would need to make arrangements to move them while we clean or prior to cleaning.

Yes a hallway is consider a room. Its .30 a square foot over the 900 sq ft for synthetic carpets.
