$299 for a Zeltiq CoolSculpting Treatment for One Site ($700 Value)

The treatment is valid for one hand-size site on selected body sections. Treatment on two to four sites may be necessary to cover an entire body area, such as the flanks or love handles, inner thigh, or the abdomen, back, or chest. A treatment on a second site costs $600, and each additional treatment after that costs $500.

After a complimentary consultation, about 10 minutes in length, clients return to the office a second time for the 60-minute procedure. The noninvasive, FDA-approved Zeltiq device is designed to permanently reduce fat without any downtime. Its targeted cooling process freezes fat cells beneath the skin, leaving the surrounding cells intact. The body then naturally eliminates the crystallized fat cells over the course of a few months, or about as long as it takes to sew now-too-loose pants into windsocks.

Virginia Institute of Plastic Surgery

The board-certified plastic surgeons at Virginia Institute of Plastic Surgery transform patients with surgical and noninvasive procedures ranging from brow lifts and tummy tucks to Zeltiq CoolSculpting treatments. A fully noninvasive procedure, CoolSculpting freezes fat cells to let them be disposed of by the body’s natural processes, helping create a smoother, slimmer physique. The specialists possess a unique knowledge of this procedure not only because of the numerous treatments they’ve performed, but also the medical and educational achievements they’ve made.

Dr. Burton M. Sundin earned undergraduate degrees at Duke University in both biology and art history, which gave him a strong foundation in the scientific and aesthetic facets of plastic surgery. He went on to finish medical school and his residency in plastic surgery at Duke before completing fellowships in hand surgery and advanced cosmetic procedures. His partner, Dr. Reps Sundin, completed formal fellowship training in cosmetic surgery and has learned from some of the most renowned experts in the field. He has also participated in medical missions to Haiti and the Dominican Republic.

The Groupon Guide to: Your Dream Body

If you find yourself with hours and hours of free time every day, spend it productively—by thinking about or drawing your dream body. Here are some things that belong on the perfect you:

  • Long, flowing hair
  • Long, flowing foot hair, so you can donate regularly to a wig shop without cutting your head hair
  • Two noses: one for smelling and one for eating small foods
  • Edible, beef-flavored tongue
  • Legs and arms switched
  • Fingers that somehow aren't as disgusting as normal human fingers. Maybe they don't have knuckles, or each finger has a diamond-shaped tip. Anything to make them less disgusting.
  • Entirely sword-resistant

If your nose had teeth, would you stop using your mouth to eat?
