The Vendor's phone number has been not in service for weeks.
People can still buy this Groupon, yet Groupon was informed at least a month ago that it's impossible to contact the vendor.
Numerous Groupon customer service agents assured me that they are looking into it. Groupon refuses to refund purchase, since it's now beyond their 3-day period. This experience has left a very bad taste in my my mouth for Groupon. I'm unlikely to continue purchasing vouchers in future. Reminds me of dealing with Teambuy before they went bankrupt. Better customer service is essential.
