During each roughly 75-minute parasailing adventure, up to 12 people board a vessel and speed across the crystalline Atlantic. In preparation for their 10- to 12-minute flight, twosomes don life jackets and hop into a swing-like harness complete with safety straps, then sail up to 800 feet above the dolphin-spotted waters. Trips depart on the hour from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
