Hi Maureen. Massage in general helps your body's tissues nourish, strengthen, energize and plump up (look better) through enhanced circulation, nourishment and detoxification - among other things. The idea for this massase is to simply focus on those objectives and on the areas of the body which the customer wants it the most. In regards to your second questions, yes.
