Not only must he down 12 of the fiery wings in five minutes, but he must wait for five minutes afterwards before eating or drinking anything to smother the flames. The supremely spicy sauce behind this challenge is 1 of 25 different flavors and heat levels available at Wally’s Wicked Wings, ranging from sweet-honey barbecue to mild Millie, an authentic buffalo-style sauce. Besides wings, Wally’s parades a list of finger foods such as all-beef Nathan’s hot dogs topped with crumbled blue cheese and buffalo sauce and third-pound Angus beef burgers crowned with applewood-smoked bacon, barbecue sauce, and beer-battered onion rings.
