Our checking in experience was not the best. We were to phone a contact number when we arrived at the lock box so that we could get our keys as there is not office to check in at. We told them that we would arrive between 1:00 and 2:00pm. We got there and phoned the number numerous times and all we got was the answering machine. We left a couple of messages but no one phoned us back. So there we were sitting there waiting. Finally around 3:30 I phoned again and someone answered. The person that normally looks after booking in had gone away and left her phone with someone in Vancouver and apparently the phone was not working properly so we were lucky we got through. She gave us the combination to the lock box but our keys were not in there! She had no record of us checking in. But I had the confirmation with us so after a few phone calls she got in touch with the person that cleans the rooms and she drove out to where we were waiting and gave us the keys. We found this a very cumbersome and unproffesional way of doing business. We were starting to wonder what we were going to do if we couldn't get in touch with anyone. They definatey need a better check in system!
