Hi – is there any expiration for this Groupon? For those who frequent Watercourse regularly it makes sense to buy more than one (it really is a great deal), but it’s not clear whether there’s a limited amount of time to use it.

  • Expires in 1 year
  • Limit 5 per person. Limit 1 per table. Must redeem in single visit. Not valid with other offers. Valid for food only, not alcohol. No cash back. Dine-in only. Valid for dinner only. Tax & gratuity not included.

Can I ask what “must redeem in a single visit” explicitly means? As in, if I buy 4 groupons for a total of $60, does that mean I get one coupon for that amount and need to use it all in one visit? Or does it mean I get 4 individual coupons for $15 each and can use them seperately, and therefore I need to use the full balance of $15 in a single visit?

I am Megan with Groupon. Must redeem in a single visit means that with one voucher worth $35 must be used in one visit. No change will be given so use it or lose it basically. If you buy more than one you may ONLY use ONE per visit. You are paying $15 for $35 worth of food at WaterCourse.

I also bought a Watercourse coupon, at 9am this morning and still no reply. I also contacted the support line, and received an automated reply. Can I expect a response still today, or will it be tomorrow. Too bad this had to happen, after your spot on the Today show. Hopefully things will run smoother soon.

Please note that we are now in close to 30 cities live with over a million subscribers who are all having the same issue. I wish i had a better answer or a way to snap my fingers to fix this but I can assure you that we are working on the issue as we speak.

I have a question about giving a groupon as a gift. If I purchase and then print myself what does the print out look like? Does it say $35 for $15 or just it just say it’s a $35 gift certificate?

This is the first time I’ve purchased groupons. I want to give one of my groupons as a gift. I didn’t understand that when I printed them out. I see my name is listed as the recipient. Will my friend have a problem using the coupon when I’m not with her?

Maybe this is helpful to some of you:

1. This was my first time using groupon.com and I signed up for this offer yesterday morning.
2. It took a little over 24 hours for me to receive the email confirmation (just now…). From there, I easily clicked on the link, went to the site, and printed my “Groupons.”
3. Since I’d never heard of this website and then there was a delay, I was concerned and discussed the offer with the manager of Watercourse. She confirmed that the offer is legitimate.

Such a good deal! I’m excited. (My friend told me that many Groupon deals are for things that most of us don’t use regularly – hotels, spas, etc. – but this one is great!)

I have known them since we were kids and I can tell you that in 30+ years, Dan Landes is an inspiration to everyone who knows him for staying true to what he believes in – not just eh business but his fantastic family. This is the first time I have used Groupon and could not have been happier to see Dan and Michelle’s business as the feature. We are fortunate to have them in Denver and their superior restaurant.

Hello Groupon! This is the 21st century calling! Over 3 days to process an online order that only requires an automated credit card charge and a simple e-mail?

Who runs this crappy site? Whoever they are should be fired! I’m sure there are thousands of out of work web masters available, any one of whom could do a better job!

I received my Watercourse coupon in 24 hrs from when I ordered it. I ordered it on the second day.

I am very sorry to hear that you have not received your Groupon. Have you signed into your account to view your Groupons? We did experience a bit of a delay over the weekend due to a high volume of purchases. However, I see that your Groupon is available in your account to view and print. You should have received an email that your Groupon was ready to print.

Please know that you can always just sign in to your account at http://groupon.com with your email address and the password that you created if you have not done this already. Your Groupons are under “My Stuff” and “My Groupons”. Just click “print” to view and print the pdf of your Groupon once in your account.

I second Esther that Watercourse should be more specific in the Groupon if “dinner only” means after 5pm, since neither their menu nor their website defines dinner as such. I figured it meant we had to order off the dinner menu, which is available “11am to close.” However, since we arrived close to 5pm with a large party, our server kindly allowed us to use the Groupon. We had a great meal!

We used to go to WaterCourse at their old location, but never got around to trying the new location. This Groupon was the kick in the booty that we needed! We have been back twice since using our groupon.
