The Fine Print

Expires Feb 24th, 2013. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift. Limit 2 per visit. Valid only for option purchased. Reservation required. Must be 5 or older. Guardian should be present for child class option. Must bring your own ice skates. May not wear double runner blades. Classes must be used by same person. Must sign waiver. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.

Choose Between Two Options

  • $30 for a two-week children's ice-skating class (a $60 value)
  • $50 for a four-week adult ice-skating class (a $100 value)

Children's lessons occur on Saturday mornings for a period of one hour, and kids will be placed with groups according to skill. On Sunday nights, adult converge for two-hour lessons, which blend practice, free skate, and lessons in proper techniques and beginner skills such as learning to stop and skating backwards. Watertown Skating Club

Since 1951, Watertown Skating Club has served as a nonprofit program for the socialization and enjoyment of ice skating. It welcomes skaters of all ages to dart across the ice of Taft School's Odden rink, where lessons are divided into eight skill levels for both children and adults.
