Choose from Four Options

Classes take place Tuesdays at 6 p.m., Thursdays at 7 p.m., and Saturdays at 9:30 a.m.

Wayforward Fitness

Calling upon experience in both personal training and group fitness, as well as professional certification, the trainers of Wayforward Fitness live by a simple philosophy: to motivate, excel, and inspire. They look to do this via personal training sessions and outdoor group classes. Designed for 5–20 students, these boot-camp-style workouts include core training, calisthenics, body-weight exercises, and stretching. Participants also receive tutelage in breathing and relaxation, as well as nutritional guidance.

For those who take care of their overall well-being with exercise, yoga, and balanced nutrition
