We Yogis

An average day at We Yogis sees a rotation of generations, from babies aged 3 months old to their parents or grandparents. Founded by the Rodgers family, We Yogis strives to create an environment for the entire family, with classes gentle enough for older guests and rigorous enough for the most active cyborgs. Children aged 3 months and older hang out in a supervised childcare area, or, once they hit 3 years old, attend kid’s classes. Adults strengthen muscles in their own assortment of adult classes that range in intensity from Flexi Yogis (a slow-flow class) to a more rigorous class that is set to energetic music. To meld the youth and adult classes, We Yogis also offers a Together Yogis class in which parent and child revel in quality time while stretching and strengthening muscles.
