Questions and Answers

I called and it stated you were closed this time of year. When will you reopen?

Hi Shannon. Our regular tour season operates from April - September. The off season is by appointment. We are in the office 5 days a week in the off season. Thanks

I bought 2 of these with the last round of Groupon and let them expire. My wife and I look forward to doing this. Is there any option for using the expired Groupons we have? thanks.

Patrick D. asked 4 months, 6 days, 21 hours, and 50 minutes ago - 1 answer

Dan B.

Absolutely, the coupons are worth the dollar amount you paid for them towards a retail tour. You never lose what you paid.

If I buy a 75 minute tour for myself and an additional 75 minute tour as a gift for my friend, can I use both for the same tour so we can go together?

A R. asked 4 months, 8 days, 1 hour, and 57 minutes ago - 1 answer

Dan B.

Yes, but only if you like each other. Segways make terrible bumper cars...

Dan B. answered 4 months, 8 days, 1 hour, and 46 minutes ago

the description says limit 1 per visit. does that mean my husband and I can't both use one to go on the same trip?

Janice C. asked 4 months, 8 days, 9 hours, and 2 minutes ago - 1 answer

Dan B.

Absolutely you can, nothing worse than sitting on the curb while your husband rides off into the sunset. We never want to be blamed for a divorce.
