Hi Rebecca! It's best to contact the business directly so they can get more information on your young participant and determine if the offered class is a good fit. You can reach them at (440) 709-6045.

Hello Rebecca C. You can bring your 8 year old so long as they can interact with adults, that means not playing around and interested in the actual learning of the art, although it's OK you may wish to schedule a session when there are less adult so that you both have a great time, I never over fill a class, that way you get more personal attention, it's easier for me as well as more personable.

More Questions and Answers

One hour on each of three days seems a very short time to learn enough to produce anything. What should we expect to be able to produce in that time, and are longer classes available?

robert s. asked 5 months, 15 days, 17 hours, and 36 minutes ago - 2 answers

Tyler S.

Hi Robert! Longer classes are available and can be purchased directly with the business. For more information on what you can expect to create, it's best to contact the business directly so they can collect all the necessary information to give a complete answer.

Hi Robert, 1 hour isn't a lot of time, 1 hour gives you enough time to feel the process 1st hand, you are on the potters wheel, and a lot of people are just interested in seeing how that works, this way you don't spend a lot of money on classes and then decide this isn't your thing. You can get something made, then it has to dry so that you get to trim it ,it has to be fired and glazed, so you get to try all of this, but mostly it's the process, if you really want to learn the art it will truly be some time.

Can you use the three hours consecutively in one day, or is it a better idea to space them out over several days?

Sharae T. asked 5 months, 15 days, 20 hours, and 48 minutes ago - 1 answer

Tyler S.

Hi Sharae! It's definitely a better idea to space the classes out over several days, rather than try to redeem all 3 in a single Saturday. However, that option is available, assuming the business has room in their class schedule to book you for each class.
