In fundamental classes, certified instructors teach novices the simple, functional movements upon which the CrossFit program is built. After students complete these, they're ready to sharpen their skills during regular group classes. In these classes, students build power, stamina, and flexibility through intense functional movements that marry strength conditioning and cardio.
