Do stairs count as one of the rooms?

How much extra do you charge per square foot after the 250 square feet per room? For example, I have a 600 sq foot room, how much additional would it be?

I only have carpet on my stairs. Can I apply this Groupon towards stairs?

Instead of two rooms, can this be used for one large room? What is the extra charge for stairs?

I bought a similar deal on another website, and this company is a pain. It’s difficult to use your certificate and if you live in the NW suburbs they charge extra fees. I’m to the point that i don’t even want to use my certificate.

Steps up to 10 are counted as a ROOM~ $5.00 for each additional.

We first had White Glove clean our carpets almost 20 years ago. Since then we have hired NO other carpet cleaners, only White Glove. Owner Mike — www.wgcleaning.com/meet-mike.html — does a great job at a fair price with no bait-and-switch pricing tactics like so many other cleaners use.

Unlike other cleaners Mike can be pretty flexible in accommodating your needs. For example, in our old house when all the walls were being painted all the furniture was moved to the center of the rooms. Mike came out once and cleaned the carpet along the walls and the ductwork, and then came back and cleaned the rest of the carpet after the furniture was moved back.

Do you service only Metro area? What is your service radius? Specifically, how far south of Metro do you go?

This sounds like a better than decent deal! Paula, could you let me know if you have some sort of Puppy Piddle Odor Deterrent? I’ve done the normal clean-up, but want a thorough cleaning of the whole room. Thanks!

I just want to clarify, as long as the two rooms combined are less than 500 sq ft, there would be no additional charge? For example we have one room that is probably 200 sq ft and the other about 300 sq ft. Would this coupon cover that fully – or would we pay extra for the room that goes over the 250?

Jeull, 2 of your bedrooms would be covered 100% by groupon deal. the stairs would be 4-5 $ per step and the rooms are additional 49-69 , for light, medium or extreme cleaning.

Dianne, if one person can move it, it will be moved cleaned and put back into place. If you never move it , it probably isn’t dirty under it.

UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE! Is the only way to describe White Glove Cleaning & Restoration! I have had them clean my carpets for years now and recommend them to anyone who would like their carpet or rugs cleaned RIGHT. We had dog urine stains on our carpeting~ after White Glove cleaned them I couldn’t believe the results of how “new” my 10 year old carpet looked and smelled. They did a fantastic job! I have a extra wide hallway, about 16’ feet long and at it’s widest point, about 6’6". Do I have to count that as one of my rooms or how much extra do you think that would cost? I’d like to have my small living room (11×12) and stairs done and add this hallway.

Thanks for the quick reply. You quoted hallways as an extra $10-20. I don’t think it’s fair to have to include this odd shaped hallway as 1 whole room in the deal, when it’s not even close to the sq. ft included in the deal for 1 room (250), especially when others are using it up to the full 500. I wish I could designate what rooms this could be applied to if I was having multiple things cleaned. You guys would come out way better on the deal if I had to pay for all of my stairs additionally and have to include the hallway in the groupon. I think I’m going to pass.

Hi Mike and Paula. Very dissappointed when I came back to the groupon earlier this evening to purchase it and it told me it was sold out. It would have been nice if when it was advertised today, that it stated that only 750 would be sold for this groupon…I was waiting to hear from my mother if she would like her carpets cleaned as I would purchase this as a gift for her.
