Questions and Answers

If you are not satisfied with the results after one treatment, how long do you have to wait for next treatment to be safe?

Since your Groupon is for a 20 minute session, if you would like to go whiter, you can actually do up to two additional sessions of 15 minutes each, right after the first session. So a total of 45-50 minutes is the maximum. With a 45 minute session you would see phenomenal results!

If a person already has sensitive teeth and uses tooth paste for sensitive teeth, is it safe to receive this whitening treatment? If it is safe, is it likely to be painful - due to having sensitive teeth?

Sensitivity becomes an issue with these long drawn out bleaching procedures such as White strips or take home trays. With our procedure, the gel only stays on your teeth 15-45 minutes and sensitivity doesn’t become an issue. We have administered over 30,000 treatments since 2008 between 5 of our locations and simply do not have any issues with sensitivity! For those who still may be a little fearful of sensitivity even after the explanation, we have a brand new "Proprietary" product that we can apply to your teeth before the actual treatment has started called "Power Scrub" that will absolutely knock out any possible sensitivity as well as adding to the bleaching affect. It does cost a few more bucks for this option but completely worth it! No other whitening company in the area has it!

Is your treatment effective for a capped tooth

Beth M. asked 8 months, 24 days, 20 hours, and 11 minutes ago - 1 answer

People forget that their teeth are “live” organisms and porous, so they absorb staining agents. The “fake” teeth are non-porous and do not stain. Anyone with partials, crowns or implants are perfect candidates for this procedure. Bleaching of the natural teeth remove stains that occur over time. The result is a better and more even match to the crowns, bonding or veneers. We look forward to seeing you soon!

My understanding of teeth whitening is that instant in-office procedure, while very effective initially, do not last as long as other methods, i.e. whitening trays. I also heard from a dentist, that the teeth can become much more sensitive than with other methods.

To prove that this dentist is not telling the complete truth, call around to a few dental offices and ask what ingredient they are using for chair side whitening! They will all say Hydrogen Peroxide, which is exactly what we are using. ZOOM® has been the industry standard for the most effective whitening for years. It utilizes prescription strength hydrogen peroxide and it does do a great job at whitening teeth. But, for about $500, that’s a bit expensive! Our process is virtually identical to ZOOM®, except that we use the highest strength NON-prescription strength hydrogen peroxide and our prices are less than HALF of dentist administered ZOOM®. It's hard to go wrong at our prices.

Does this work on older folks with tetracycline-stained teeth?

Myra M. asked 8 months, 27 days, 17 hours, and 2 minutes ago - 1 answer

Jason R.

Everyone's teeth whiten differently due to your own genetics. We see a great improvement from 99% of our clients and we'll make sure that you leave happy! We can't guarantee you 100% that your teeth will glow like veneers, because of the tetracycline staining from medication you've taken in the past, but at this price point what do you have to lose right? You will see some results!

How many visits for whitening does it typically take to get the wanted results?

Mary J. asked 8 months, 27 days, 19 hours, and 26 minutes ago - 1 answer

Jason R.

The number of treatments or sessions needed will depend upon the porosity of your teeth and the degree to which they are stained. Some stains are deep in the dentin, or caused by antibiotics given to patients while their teeth were still forming. These types of stains can be more difficult to get out. For most clients however, whether due to drinking staining beverages such as coffee and wine, smoking cigarettes, or just simply due to age, they will be able to achieve dramatically whiter teeth with in a single visit!

How long does one treatment last? How often do you need to have this one? Thanks.

Julie V. asked 8 months, 27 days, 16 hours, and 46 minutes ago - 1 answer

Jason R.

For most people the results are long lasting. Exposure to coffees, tea, tobacco, red wines and other stain-producing substances will eventually darken teeth over time. Age, genetics and general hygiene also have an effect on your treatments longevity. We suggest a maintenance pen for in between treatments to get maximum longevity out of your whitening treatment! If you use the maintenance pen, regularly, most of our clients experience the treatment lasting 6 -12 months.
