The smoking-cessation session begins with a personal-intake consultation; weight-loss sessions begin with a diet analysis and a nutritional consultation that helps clients identify what foods are and aren't healthy. In both sessions, customers then work with the hypnotist to identify the triggers that cause them to smoke or eat unhealthily in order to adapt to new, healthy behavior patterns. Next, clients undergo a hypnosis session customized to their individual goals.
