Boot-camp classes tone muscles and decrease body fat through an up-tempo blend of resistance, cardio, and military drills. The proprietress of Wild on Fitness leads sinew-sculpting boot-camp classes in the park by day and quiet, peaceful yoga sessions on the beach. Wendy also works mano a mano with clients through customized personal-training sessions and keeps workouts lively with dance-infused Turbo Kick and hip-hop hustle classes.
