I would prefer not to be in a yoga class with all women (my wife doesn't want to do this with me---too hard to find a babysitter anyway). Do you have a good balance between men and women in most classes? (Not asking if it is 50/50---but would rather not be the only male in the class-would feel creepy to me) =)

I will be very truthful to you.. We do have more women in class, and they bring their husbands to practice as well, my husband is one of them. When they fell the benefit , they keep comming back. There will be classes were you will be the only man in there: and there will be classes were other man will be present. We never know how is going to attend and when. We would love to see you try. We can only encourage, and be here for you.

I have never done Yoga. Do I need special clothes or equipment to take advantage of this Groupon? Can I progress at my own pace?

You only need confertable clothes, that allows you to move with comfort. We have all of the props and yoga mat. Yes we encorage you to move at your owne pace. Hope to see you soon.

Is this an advanced class? I have never taken a yoga class but would like to try and improve my flexibility.
