On Groupon it mentions drop in, but schedule for class said to call for reservations. Just curious if I need to call in before each class I would like to attend?

Sorry for the confusion, you will need reservations for some classes. They can fill you in on the process when you call to initiate your Groupon.

No. We get all fitness levels and the classes are designed to accommodate everyone. People are encouraged to try moves they're comfortable with and refrain from moves they're not.
