Child care is free with ther Groupon. The am hours are 9am-12pm Monday - Saturday and the pm hours are 4:30pm - 8pm Monday - Thursday.

Are there any one on one personal training sessions part of this - I assume not because "group" is used quite a bit throughout. thx

No private training is included except for the assessment. But with the assessment we will give you a workout for you to run with on your own. That said manyu memebrs consider the Team Training to be a better experience than private training because of the enegy and the fun of a group dynamic. We hope you'll give is a try!
