  • Limit 1 per person, may buy multiple as gifts. Limit 1 per visit. Appointment required. Must be 18 or older. Consultation required; non-candidates will be refunded. Must provide name of purchaser and name of recipient at checkout. Valid only for bi-lateral conventional LASIK. Not valid for clients with previously scheduled appointments. Extra $500 fee each per eye for custom LASIK and bladeless LASIK.

Good morning Mary...Happy Cyber Monday!!! Our Groupon expires 60 days after the purchase date. However, during your consultation and evaluation, should there be extenuating circumstances that will push your surgery beyond this window, we are always happy to try and accommodate our patients...on a case by case basis. Please remember, if you are not able to complete your procedure Groupon will provide you with a 100% refund.

Dr. Woolfson will be performing your procedure. Our contact lens removal guidelines are as follows: - Daily/Extended/Toric contact lenses should be removed at least two weeks prior to your procedure - Hard/RGP lenses are four weeks minimum plus one week per decade of wear
