Choose from Three Options
- $39 for one month of unlimited group training sessions (a $99 value)
- $89 for one month of unlimited group training sessions with four weekly semi-private training sessions (a $199 value)
- $139 for one month of unlimited group training sessions with eight semi-private training sessions (a $299 value)
During group training, instructors lead 10 to 15 students in challenging workouts named after popular movies. For example, the 9 a.m. Breakfast Club classes focus on muscle endurance with bodyweight exercises and weightlifting, whereas Gladiator classes consist of fast-paced boot-camp drills. Semi-private sessions admit up to five participants for personalized fitness routines. These sessions should be reserved in advance. With the third option, eight semi-private training sessions are held twice a week.
At XCL Performance, the Matrix and the Breakfast Club are two of a kind. Here, they're the titles of two training classes—one for muscle confusion, one for muscle endurance—that can condition most body types. They're also creations from owner Derek Huggins and his team, who imagined a movie-inspired curriculum of workouts for athletes and inexperienced gym-goers alike. XCL's functional training empowers physiques with more strength and agility for the tasks of everyday life.
With that philosophy in mind, XCL's services focus on general or sports training, accommodating different skill levels by adjusting each workout. The athletic performance enhancement program includes six types of exercises for areas like core strength, mobility, and explosiveness, whereas performance chiropractic helps to increase communication between the nervous and muscular systems. Meanwhile, group, private, and semi-private training sessions challenge clients with intense reps and cardio work.
