When former NFL athletes Justin Peelle, Wesly Mallard, and Joey Harrington became best friends, they hardly could have predicted it would give birth to Xtend Barre Beaverton. Nevertheless, when their wives – Sara, Whitney, and Emily – met, they found a common passion in fitness, and decided to start Xtend Barre studio. The workout founds its motions in the principles of Pilates, amping up the regimen with elements of dance, the use of the ballet barre, and simple lifting regimens.
