Andrea Rogers combined dance and Pilates, her two greatest loves, to create a new genre of exercise, Xtend Barre. As a Pilates instructor, Andrea found that positioning her students upright allowed for a greater range of motion, and incorporating dance and cardiovascular moves boosted results. Eventually, she fused the two together and began teaching her new breed of exercise at Xtend Barre Provo. Her classes welcome all levels, offering a challenging workout without pushing participants too far outside their comfort zone.
