The program includes:

  • An initial 30-minute goal assessment and measurement session (a $35 value)
  • 30 days of unlimited CrossFit and Kettlebell classes (a $97 value)

Instructors require students to first attend on-ramp sessions, in which they focus on the mechanics of squatting, Olympic lifting, and body-weight exercises. Once attendees master proper form, the studio's other courses become available. The intense CrossFit class cross-trains participants in fitness feats from running to powerlifting to pull-ups. To build strength, endurance, and flexibility, trainers lead students in the open Xtreme Kettlebell class. Xtreme Strength Conditioning saps every ounce of energy that students come with, building functional strength with heavy lifts to help them crush coal into diamonds using their bare hands. Classes are scheduled six days a week.
