We can fix this, but it is not covered by the groupon, you need a new LCD, and if you have an ipad 1 or 2 it is 149.95, if you have an ipad 3 it is 199.95

Nope, there was a limited supply. We can fix your iPad for 149.95 which is 50 less than most other places, and we warranty our work for 90 days

I am very disappointed with this experience. Your groupon was very specific with regard to which iphones you repair, but did not provide any detail to indicate if "ipad" referred to ipad of different versions (ipad 2,3,etc.). And, by the time time that I had that information, the groupon was sold out. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! If you are going to offer a groupon, please be specific about what it covers, or allow people time to ask a question and still purchase the groupon. I feel cheated.

I am sorry you are unhappy. We were specific. It cover iPad 1,2, and 3 screens. It does not cover the Liquid Crystal Display. It was popular and sold out very quickly.

The 44 covers the iPhone 4 front screen/lcd repair. You don't have to spend any more money, however we'd appreciate it if you took a look at our cases and maybe bought one of those :-)

That is probably a bad LCD (liquid crystal display). That is not covered under the Groupon, but if it is an iPad 1 or 2, it is 149.95 If it is a 3 then it is 199.95 If your iPad is under a year old, take it to the Apple store and see if you can get them to warranty it.
