Do I send slides to you and put in the order that I would like them to be on DVD? Do we select how long we want each image to stay up?

Thanks for the question, Hubert. With image transfers, we produce a data DVD with highest quality digital JPEG files (12 megapixels) to view and copy on your computer; the product is delivered without additional themes, audio, or special effects. If you would like the slides to be transferred in a particular sequence, you would want to number each slide individually. Are you able to repair broken VHS tapes? I have one where the tape is cut.

Excellent question, Amy! If you send in a broken video tape, we would first need to repair it in order to transfer it on to a DVD; we cannot transfer a tape broken. We can repair videotapes if the ribbon is snapped, wrinkled, or if the case is broken. Keep in mind that when we repair a wrinkled ribbon, the footage in that section will be lost. The additional cost for video tape repairs is $10.00 for a ribbon repair and $15.00 for a repair with case replacement.
