Hi Earl, Thanks for your question. Our headquarters and main transfer facility are based in Santa Clara, CA. However, I should note that this deal is for you to place your order online and send your materials to us (we then send them back UPS along with your new DVDs when the transfer is complete). So, this Groupon promotion is not available for drop-off at our retail partners. The transfers all take place in our Santa Clara, CA facility with full monitoring and a $1,500 safety guarantee to back it up. Once your order is completed, your original media and newly created DVDs are returned to you via UPS at a flat rate of $10.99. It's also a good to know that if your order is over $150, you receive free shipping to us, and back to you! If you would like to do so, you can even use part of your Groupon value toward the shipping costs. Since this Groupon deal is already such a great deal (68% off!), there would be no additional discounts if more tapes are submitted.
