Astronauts regularly practice yoga to stay limber, modulate their breathing, and control their crippling fear of being eaten by the moon. Take one small stretch with this Groupon.

Inside a soothing, environmentally conscious studio, instructors lead yoga classes that embrace several styles and work to invoke yoga’s mental and physical benefits. Heat floods the room for Ashtanga Inspired and Hot Vinyasa Flow classes that guide students through active and constantly shifting poses. Alternatively, Hatha yoga toughens the body with gentle and meditative stretches. Yin yoga classes hold their stances for up to five minutes, slackening students’ muscles to exercise the connective tissues between them. Click here for a class schedule.

YogAsylum

The most practiced students at YogAsylum are not the ones who can touch their toes—they’re the ones who know how far they can safely reach. Fueled by the belief that yoga is an individual experience, the instructors prioritize personal exploration of physical limits over competition. They put this principle into action while leading classes that accommodate guests of any experience level and cover styles such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha. Using provided props, bolsters, and blankets, they help students ease their bodies into more challenging poses. Because they advocate a holistic approach to spiritual health, they offer more than drop-in classes—they provide energy healing and spiritual counseling in addition to therapeutic massage in their wellness center. They also hold musical events, special workshops, and a registered Yoga Alliance teacher training program that has been approved by the Wisconsin Educational Approval Board.

YogAsylum is one of the largest studios in Wisconsin, and was built from scratch to incorporate eco-friendly principles and elements of feng shui. Its cork floors diminish joint discomfort in students stretching beneath energy-efficient bulbs, and movable walls can easily resize the space to accommodate bigger groups and alter the difficulty of life-size games of Pong.

The Groupon Guide to: Rewinding a Video Cassette

If it's been a few weeks since the last time you rewound a VHS tape, you might want to refresh yourself on the steps just to make sure you complete the process correctly:

  • Identify the cassette you wish to rewind. You will know that the tape needs to be rewound if you attempt to watch it and find that the bad guy has been defeated and everyone is getting married.

  • Place the cassette in your VHS-rewinding device. It should be shaped like a car. If it is not shaped like a car, it is most likely not a VHS rewinder but a countertop bagel toaster. If this is the case, place your tape back in the VCR.

  • Push the button labeled "rewind." In lieu of human words, the button may be marked with the universal symbol for rewind: two left-facing triangles that resemble a fish swimming away from you. Don't be daunted by the fact that every fish you’ve loved has left you—it’s just a symbol!

  • When the tape is fully rewound, seal it in a padded envelope so that this never happens again.

Have you been rewinding VHS tapes incorrectly your entire life?
