Hi Tamra, many of our students take YogHop classes all the way through their pregnancy. While we don't offer specific pre-natal classes, depending on where you are in your pregnancy and if you already have a yoga practice, our vinyasa flow style of yoga is a great way to keep fit and strong, which will benefit you both during and after your pregnancy. If you are unsure if this is right for you, check with your doctor to find out what style of yoga would be appropriate.

I used a groupon at the Santa Monica studio a year ago, can I purchase and use this again?

Hi Lisa, Thanks for your interest. Unfortunately, since you have previously paid for classes at the Santa Monica studio, you are no longer considered a new student and no longer eligible for the Groupon. You can, however, purchase Groupon for the Pasadena location if you have yet to attend classes there.
