I am interested in taking your "Basic" yoga class for beginners. If I understand the fine print correctly, the first class must be taken (Groupon activated) by the expiration date which is 90 days from the date the Groupon was purchased and that all classes all must be taken within 60 days from the date of the first class. After reviewing your currect class schedule, I see "Basic" as being offered 2 - 3 times a week. However, after the first of the year, I do not see "Basic" yoga on the schedule. In early 2013 will you schedule of classes include beginners yoga and will it continue to be offered 2 - 3 times a week in the evening?

I am about to finish a credit yoga course thru CCAC. It is not "hot" yoga, my question; is there ventilation even though it is heated? Also I have had back surgery 3 years previous, will this class be problematic for me? I have done well with Birkram (?) style. Thanks

We will actually have a 6 week Bikram Inspired (we are not an 'official' bikram studio) class available for registration December 1. We have classes all times of the day and 7 days a week. Our full class schedule can be seen online at www.yogainnovations.com under the schedule tab. Just a quick glimpse- monday- thursday 9:30 am, 5:45 pm, 7 pm, fridays-9 9:30 and 6pm. The weekends are a bit different with classes as early as 7:30 am and as late as 4 pm.
