Yoga Loft Hawaii aims to help guests ground their spirits, energize their souls, and find peace in nature during the two-mile-plus, intermediate, half-day yoga hikes. Experienced instructors lead asana sequences and group meditation sessions on mountain ridges or in jungle clearings . Depending on the hike, guests will traipse two miles to picturesque, ocean-view cliffs and a beach or to a waterfall with a swimming hole, with stops during the cardio workout for strength and flexibility-building yoga poses. Hikers should wear comfortable shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, a lightly-packed backpack, and tote along their swimsuit and a towel if they feel like taking a dip.
