Yoga That

Highly trained teachers, small class sizes, and a beginner-friendly disposition make Yoga That one of Miami Beach’s most welcoming yoga studios. Lead instructor and senior YogaWorks trainer Edwin Bergman has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years, specializing in the YogaWorks style that emphasizes proper alignment and safety. In addition to teaching, he oversees a fleet of experienced instructors, most of whom have completed their own advanced training. Collectively, they teach a range of classes of up to 15 students at a time. The small class sizes are intentional, allowing for plenty of individual attention that can help beginners learn proper form and when it’s appropriate to do the electric slide between poses.
