Instructor Jackie leads students through a synchronized flow of breathing patterns and poses during Vinyasa classes, and The Basics incorporates stretching exercises and strategies for comfortably hiding in the backseat of your favorite celebrity’s car. Yoga Theorie also provides a limited number of mats and other equipment.
