Their diverse areas of expertise make for a unique motivational practice, the fruits of which spill over into daily life or all-nighter tax audits. They mold their classes to accommodate beginners and experts alike, such as with Ashtanga, which allows students to progress through six increasingly challenging series of postures at their own clip. The Pilates mat class chisels hips, backs, abs, and glutes, and Yoga Groove sets bending and stretching to spirited hip-hop, trance, electronic, and dance music in a studio more spacious than a houseboat's backyard.
