The schedule of classes includes core power Pilates, detoxifying hot yoga, Yogalates, and yoga for beginners. Students are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes early with mats, water bottles and yoga-appropriate clothing and arrive 20 minutes early for their first visits to complete paperwork.
