Erica~ Right now, you may either buy today’s Groupon to get your tickets or you may call the Box office and buy them over the phone. You will need to redeem your Groupon(s) by making reservations with the theater! Hope that helps!

How do I know that the date I buy has any good seats left? I don’t see where I can select a seat first before buying for that date. I want to buy for the date I can get the best seat.
How do I buy two tickets to RENT? If you can only buy one at a time, then how can two people be assured they will be sitting together?

Good questions, this is slightly different from past ticket offers. This show is JUST now going on sale and there is not a “bad seat” at this theater because it is so intimate!
Additionally, Groupon customers are getting early access through this offer! Also, when you buy your tickets, be sure to CALL AND RESERVE your SEATS as soon as you get your Groupon to get the best selection. Simply click on the buy button, select the day you would like to go, and then once you have your Groupon confirmation (via email, letting you know its ready to print) you can call and reserve seats and provide the confirmation number(s).
With that said, there are no additional fees!
IF you want seats together, indicate as much when you call ("my Groupon number is X and my friend’s Groupon number is X…please sit us together) or simply buy Groupons for your entire party and let one person set up the seats.

I have purchased 2 tickets and received an email confirmation that groupons are ready for print. However there are no groupon numbers (just XX-1 and XX-2) and they are also not printable. How can the phone reservation be made? Thanks.
Lim~ The email should have a link where you actually click to open/download the PDF file. That’s your voucher and the Groupon voucher numbers are in the top left corner. When you open/download the vouchers simply follow the redemption instructions you’ll see printed on them!

If I want to buy 2, one for me and one for a friend, how do I do that? Do I just click the BUY button and make the amount 2? Or do I have to buy 1 for me and go back in and buy the other?
click buy and it lets you choose how many to purchase
I just called the theater and it was relatively harmless. The only snag is they have to wait until the promotion is over to get the list of who bought what to verify that you did actually purchase a groupon. The nice guy I spoke to said that they would verify the info, get our seats and email with the info. Kinda sucks that you can’t get your actual seat first but from what I understand (I’ve never been there before) that there’s not a bad seat in the house. Hope this helps.
I accidentally chose the wrong day when hitting complete, and I cannot go on the day I bought. But everything is sold out now. What can I do? Is there any way I can trade my ticket?
Or even cancel the purchase?

I got voice mail the first couple of times I tried too but then finally got a live person. My office did a Groupon awhile back so you can imagine the phone lines are probably burning up today :)
No problems with phone connection, but still have to wait for seat assignment until Groupon sends them the purchase info. They took my info and will email seat assignments tomorrow. Hope I’m high on their list and get killer seats!!

@Kristina – 9/19. I chose 11/5 but when it completed the order, it said 9/19 on the final ticket. I called Zach and they said there’s nothing I can do.
