Hi,
I just noticed the fine print. I think it changed and now says “…not valid with…combos or package deals.”
Does this mean I can’t use it with a mani/pedi combo price, which is a listed price, not a special? Would I have to pay ala carte first and then apply the coupon? If so, then this is really not a $25 discount.

Hey, I’m also emailing support@groupon.com, but I agree with Sheryl. The statement you made earlier, Alka: “You can use this Groupon towards the listed price for a mani/pedi. This could get you a classic mani and pedi which retails for $50.” was not honored when I used the groupon today. They claimed that everything on the menu was a special. Not just the mid-week specials that are clearly listed on the price list. Not just the package deals that are clearly listed on the price list. Everything was a special. All I asked for is a mani/pedi, and they created a brand new, more expensive price for the groupon.
What are other people who bought this groupon supposed to do if they’re like me and haven’t used it yet? Sit there until they honor the prices on their price list? Is there a number to call?
(After this, I’m so not getting another groupon that is $X money at a spa/salon. I’m only buying if I know exactly what the store is honoring next time, and that prices aren’t going to be made up later. This is a thumbs up for the current East Bay groupon because it’s for a specific service, btw. ;) )

I thought this groupon works at the other locs? When i click to print the groupon, it says redeemable at the san ramon location but does not list the others.
If I bougt a groupon for example pay $10 for $20 worth of food. Do I receive $20 off the entire bill or $30 of the entire bill. Because if I already paid $10 for the groupon then $20 off the entire bill is like only getting $10 worth of food.
