I tried calling them weeks before my Groupons expired, their mailbox was full EVERYDAY, ALL HOURS OF THE DAY..., and only after I complained to groupon that I could not get through to book the mani/pedis, did they listen to their voicemail and I could leave a message. nobody called me back to acknowledge receiving my message, nor to book the appts... I have not used their service yet, obviously, but if this is how they operate their business, then I do not want to!

Very disappointed with Zen Spa. No one ever answers the phone. I left numerous messages and no one returned my call. I was unable to even use my Groupon. Very disappointed with the service.
