$2,999 for Complete Digital Invisalign Treatment and Two Retainers ($7,800 Value)

Invisalign straightens teeth with a series of clear, removable, custom aligners. The process begins at the dentist's office, where, during an initial exam, the doctor snaps precise digital images of the upper and lower teeth without the discomfort of traditional dental impressions. In the Invisalign lab, technicians craft a set of up to 48 transparent aligners made to the patient’s exact specifications. Patients wear the removable aligners for 6–18 months, changing the aligners every two weeks and only removing them while eating, brushing, or modeling a finely clenched jaw. Throughout the treatment, patients return to the dentist's office for routine checkups to ensure teeth continue to shift into their proper places. Read the Invisalign FAQs here.

Zenthea

New patients arriving for a dental exam at Zenthea may wonder if their GPS has accidentally led them to a spa. Intricately patterned walls provide a backdrop for each clean, minimalistic treatment room, where dental tools are neatly tucked away out of sight, and shiny silver textures or wooden reed-like patterns draw the eye away from the oversized cushy dentist's chair, which reclines fully for comfort or a mid-appointment nap.

The team combines advanced dental technology, such as 3-D scans and digital x-ray imaging, with soothing spa-like services, such as reflexology, massage, and aromatherapy. The comfort-focused objective seems to be working too, as Dr. Marc Nock told TopDentists.com, “I’ve had several patients tell me that coming here was the most relaxing part of their day."

The Groupon Guide to: Earthmoving Equipment

Heavy-duty construction vehicles were put here for one reason—to help us mold and shape the earth into something that isn't so unattractive. Here are the main machines we use to pretty up this place:

Bulldozer: This powerful vehicle got its name from its inventor, a bullheaded child who set out to create a machine capable of clearing away all the dangerous, sleeping bulls that stationed themselves near his bedroom window. Today, construction workers exclusively use bulldozers for carpooling and pushing their garbage off the construction site and into the street.

Forklift: These are only used in emergency situations, such as when a building begins to shake violently because one corner was made shorter than the others. To remedy the problem, the construction workers will prop up the faulty corner with the forklift and then elegantly integrate the vehicle into the actual building by covering it with cement.

Backhoe Loader: Construction workers aren't even sure what backhoe loaders do, which is why they always just light them on fire for warmth on days when the temperature dips below 70 degrees.

Why do so many skyscrapers have corners that appear lumpy?
