No this is a different procedure using a low frequency ultrasound. Very concentrated and safe to use which causes the fat cells to cavitate. The lymphatic system then reabsorbs the broken down cells and is excreted thru the stool. Cool laser only shrinks the cells down in size. Both are non-surgical procedures.
