Questions and Answers

My question is regarding the private gym sessions. We have a 2 year old rescue that is incredibly well socialized with dogs and is just starting to realize that people are ok. I'd love to use the private gym sessions as a way to introduce him to like places outside our home. Would it be ok if we brought him with one of his doggie friends?

Are there any breed restrictions? I adopted a 1 year old rescue pit bull terrier who is a sweet heart but needs training with basic commands and walking well on a leash. Thanks.

My dachshund is very aggressive towards other dogs, friends with few neighbor dogs and family dogs, but if got loose and strange dog, would fight them. Help for this?

I have a 1-1/2 year old "shy dog." She is friendly with adults, but is nervous and nips at kids, dogs who are larger than her, and any dog who tries to smell her butt (which is most dogs). Would we get any benefit out of the four training sessions or would she need more intensive work?

I'm not sure which of the two groupons is best for our situation. I have a 6 year old Aussie that is great with commands (sit, stay, wait, search...she even goes out on command to nudge her "sister" dog inside when she isn't listening to me!), but she pulls on the leash and is very difficult to walk. However, she would love the agility course. I saw that they must know basic commands and walking on a leash before moving into other classes...does that coincide with the agility class? Also, is the agility groupon more of a "playtime" for the dogs or is any teaching done? Thanks

Tanya A. asked 5 months, 12 days, 23 hours, and 7 minutes ago - 1 answer

Becky B.

Hi Tanya- One of the packages is for group classes, which includes obedience and agility and the other is for private gym which is when you rent the gym space and play one on one with your dog. Both packages include an evaluation which is an opportunity for us to meet you and your dog, and assess which class he/she should start in. I hope that answers your question!

I have 2 dogs. I see that I can only purchase 1 deal, but both dogs need training, can I bring them both?

Kim P. asked 5 months, 14 days, 20 hours, and 30 minutes ago - 1 answer

Becky B.

You could split the 4 classes between both of your dogs, so two each!

Becky B. answered 5 months, 14 days, 19 hours, and 2 minutes ago

We have a 12 week old Australian Shepherd/Berneses Mtn Dog mix. Do either of the choices provide the basic training that puppies need? Thanks.

andrea h. asked 5 months, 14 days, 23 hours, and 32 minutes ago - 1 answer

Becky B.

Yes! You could use your 4 classes to attend our Puppy Obedience class which is offered Tuesdays at 6pm or Satrudays at 10:00am. Hope to see you soon!!
