When will my Groupon Goods order arrive?

All shipping information will be listed in the Fine Print for the Groupon you purchased. As always, we'll send you an email as soon as we have tracking information for your order. You can check the Fine Print and view any available tracking by heading to your My Groupons page.
Help! I'm having trouble purchasing!

Check to see if your order is already processing by logging in to your account, placing your cursor over your name at the top right corner of the screen, and clicking My Groupons. (Groupons purchased as gifts will be under My Gifts.) If you don't see your order there, it could just mean that order processing is taking a little longer today, but we'll be sure to send you a purchase confirmation email within 24 hours. If you don't receive confirmation by then, try purchasing the Groupon once more.

Please note that the normal processing time for G-Pass tickets purchased on GrouponLive is up to 48 hours after the deal closes.

Where are my Groupons, and how do I print them?

You can always find all of your Groupons by hovering over your name in the top right corner (once you're logged in) and clicking My Groupons. If you bought the Groupon as a gift, it will be located under My Gifts.

After you’ve reached that page, click “View Voucher” to download the PDF file of the Groupon(s) to your computer. Once that file opens, you can print it like you would any document.

I'm having trouble scheduling an appointment

Sometimes it can be difficult to reach a business or schedule an appointment shortly after their deal is featured. Please have patience when trying to reserve a spot immediately after purchasing.

If you’ve waited a week or so and are still having trouble, double-check the redemption instructions on your Groupon voucher to make sure you’re using the best contact info. If that doesn’t work, please contact us using the button to the right. We're glad to reach out to the business to try and fix this for you!

What if my Groupon is about to expire?

We encourage you to use it or give it as a gift, if the Fine Print allows! After the expiration date on a Groupon, it should still be used at the business for the amount paid, which never expires. For more information about the promotional value and the amount paid, read our Terms of Sale.
Can I return a Groupon?

We are always here to help! We have a number of ways to come to your aid, depending on the reason you’re asking:

  • “I just changed my mind.” Any unredeemed Local voucher may be returned for a refund within the first seven days after purchase. After that, all sales are final.
  • “I redeemed my voucher and was disappointed in my experience.” We always want you to have a great experience with Groupon. That’s why we have the Groupon Promise. If you use a Groupon voucher before its promotional value expires, take a Getaways trip, or attend a GrouponLive event and are disappointed by your experience, we’ll work with you to make it right or give you a refund.   • “I tried to redeem my Groupon voucher for the amount paid and the business refused to honor it.” Contact us using the button to the right, and we will make sure you can redeem your voucher as stated in the Fine Print or give you a refund.
  • “I tried to redeem my Groupon voucher and the business was closed.” If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your Groupon voucher, we’ll make sure you get a refund. Click "Contact Us" to the right.
