I can't access my account or find my Groupons

You can always find all of your Groupons by placing your cursor over your name in the top right corner (once you're logged in) and going to your My Groupons page. If you bought the Groupon as a gift, it will be located under the My Gifts tab.

If you still don't see the Groupon you are looking for, then please make sure you are signed into the correct account. Try signing in with any other email address you use, or check and see if you're accidentally logged in to the wrong account via Facebook Connect.

Reset my password

If you forgot your password, click "Forgot your password?" on the login page. We'll email you a link to reset it.

To change your password once you're signed in, hover over your name in the top right corner and click "My Account." You'll be able to reset your password on that page.

Trouble logging in on the mobile app

First, double-check the spelling of your email address and password. If everything looks correct, try deleting the app from your phone completely and then re-installing it. It's free, so you can download the app as many times as you need.
Update or add a credit card

To manage your billing information, place your cursor over your name in the top right corner of the page (one you're signed in), and select "My Account" from the drop-down menu. Under the green tabs on that page, click on the "Credit Cards" link. You can edit, remove, or add a card from there.
